Make Interfaces Plugable

Gnome-do currently has interfaces that are hardcoded into it. This makes making new ones somewhat of a hassle and requires access to modify the core of Do. While this was ok at the start, Do has advanced and needs plugable interfaces. As it stands they are largely plugable right now, just the details of getting them into Mono.Addins needs to be worked out. This needs to be done.
