Gnome Do should scan all Files and Folders recursive, which are listed in "Files and Folder Configuration"

I miss the feature, that Gnome Do scans the Folders recursive.
I imagine this feature like that: If I add my disk to the "Indexed Folders", Gnome Do scans all Folders and Files which are on this disk.
Because now, I have to add all my Folders separately to the "Indexed Folders"

I believe you can do this. Add your disk to the indexed folders and set the depth to something ridiculas like 999. You may also need to disable the 3000 file max limit in gconf-editor:
/apps/
NOTE: Indexing too many files in Gnome-Do will greatly reduce the performance you get.
