Roulettee

The idea is for a new interface conducive particularly to touch screens. It is a small modification to docky that will make it circle around the outside of the screen and remain bellow windows. With the flick of a finger, the user should be able to start the circle spinning, and with another push, make it stop. This provides an omnidirectional interface which is useful for tablets and large collaborative multi-touch displays. While this is an ideal for touch screens, it may also prove to be a nice for non-touch computers as-well. I will try and implement this myself, but most likely will not have the time.
