plugin files and folders should filter filetypes

The plugin files and folders should offer a white list and black list for filetypes to keep the index small. A small index is necessary to make Gnome Do able to guess what you type in. As (only one) example, my disk is full of windows desktop.ini and thumb.db files that prevent me to find what I want.
