Docky Full Dock Painter Interfaces for Docklets

Docky has an opportunity to provide a new mode of interaction that allows docklets to usurp the main area for there own rendering of only temporarily. Docklets will need to provide painting instructions as well as sizing details to be successful. Additionally there must be a framework to make the entire look at feel simple and consistent.

There is a crude and incomplete implementation present in Docky today. This implementation needs to be cleaned up and brought into line with what the specification requests (particularly the sizing issues). Additionally the specification needs to be made more detailed.
