use surl for tiny-url

Use surl¹ for the tiny-url plugin. Surl is great, propose a lot of services.
And please make « copy to clipboard » the default action when one use tiny-url plugin. Who want to open an url after shorten it ? We usualy want to use it in mail/twitter/chat.

I don’t know how to programm this but there’s doc on python easy integration on surl manual : http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~surl/surl/python-manual/annotate/head:/manual.txt Hope it’s simple as it seem’s to be !
