"I'm Feeling Lucky" option for Google search plugin

The new inline Google search plugin is great. It would be nice if it allowed an optional modifier item to perform an "I'm feeling lucky search;" that is, after the search is performed, the user is automatically taken to the address of the first result.

edit: This would be much easier to implement as a separate action in the google search plugin. I will look into it. ~ Brian

Use case:

GNOME Do -> Google Search

GNOME Do -> Google Search -> I'm feeling lucky

better:
GNOME Do -> I'm Feeling Lucky
