WAT improvement

Once migrated in PHP5, the GUI will need a second layer of improvements. Here are the following features we have to implement : (1) options to start/stop/restart the service from the WAT, (2) database management (import, dumps...), (3) improvement of interactivity and usability (and put a "scanning host..." somewhere !), (4) Introducing some AJAX request (events, graphs, menus ) ?
