Can we avoid redundancy in Names WMS/WMSAdministrator -> WMS/Administrator?
setSiteMask is illed defined and not used. can be removed.
getProxy/uploadProxy/destroyProxy/setProxyPersistemcyFlag should be removed. there is a new ProxyManager Server to deal this this.
who is entitled to look at pilots (output,status,..): Admin, Production shift crew?, user????
