Implement Pop & Paste Feature
A nice feature to add to Diodon would be a Pop & Paste feature. Pop & Paste would be a certain hotkey which when pressed would (1) paste the latest item in the clipboard, (2) remove that item from the clipboard, and (3) load the next item from the clipboard if any.
This will allow the user to copy several items to the clipboard in sequence, and then paste the items one after the other in the reverse sequence with just a shortcut key.

Do you have a special use case where such a behavior could be used?
I do not think this should be part of Diodon core as most users won't need this feature. However I'm currently implementing a plugin system (see Bug 826422). This would make a good plugin.
Alright, we'll work on a plugin system first, then I'll continue work on this. I thought it might be helpful if you need to copy/paste several items separate. You would not have to switch back and forth so much. ~odd-rationale (2011-8-14)
Would be ready to be implemented as a plugin. ~sao 2011-11-21
