Add 'Paste All' feature

One feature which ms-office clipboard has and is missing in Diodon is 'paste-all', meaning paste the entire list of copied items.

Also added this to the ideas for plugins blueprint (I am trying to keep the numbers of blueprint to a manageable number so we do not have a blueprint for each single feature requests.)
To note with this feature is though that in newer version of Diodon the history will be unlimited and paste it all a bit too much. Maybe paste all recent items would be enough.
