Add functionality to build a MapObject list from JSON

For the prototype, we will not get the data directly from DHIS; instead, we will add functionality to build lists of map objects from JSON currently provided as-is by the DHIS current getGeoJson and getMapIndicator

I have started doing this with good progress. Currently they are calling Kjetil's GeoFactory methods to create elements suited for drawing with GeoTools, fetching the data they need from JSON using a JSON library I found.
