Investigate OpenLayers coordinate conversion

When the GeoJSON coordinates are fed into OpenLayers, they are converted to other numbers.
We need to find out how this conversion happens and if it's necessary to do the coordinate conversion in order to create an SVG file.
Try looking into the source code of OpenLayers to see how it's done.
