Implement functionality for adding the legend information for each layer in an existing BufferedImage

Do research on the possibility of merging two BufferedImage objects. A new class should be created, with functionality for drawing Legend information (title, indicator, period, colors, interval) based on an IntervalSet, for each layer (should perhaps be deferred). This should be merged with the original BufferedImage (containing the map).
