Combining polygon info and health unit value info into one class

We need to implement how polygon info and health unit info is combined into something that represents both, the code that combines these. It should look up the IDs in the JSON from getGeoJson and the IDs in the JSON from getMapIndicatorValue and combine them into one object. We need to create a class that has this functionality, but this is something that is a big part of the prototype, so we should probably do this together once we have figured out the problems described in the other blueprints.
