Add choice of number of hits to display on result page

Initial version commited in r2430. The changes involve moving the select from the results page to the search dialog, as well as including methods for setting and retrieving the number of results in the search-interface. Note that unless the parameter pagesize is sent with a request from the list of results, it will default to show 0 results. In other words dosearch.action?pagesize=3 will show a list of three results, while dosearch.action shows none.
Olavpo integrated the current working solution which links the choice given on the search form with the pagination solution.
