Display a map for the region in detailed results

If we have the required time and resources available, it would be nice to show the region a facility is located in on a map.

Currently we know that the facilities does not store their own locations (in the testdata we have available). However, the districts lists an array of coordinates and a shape. We assume this can be used to draw the district on a map.
Note that the coordinates are in the wrong order and need to be switched in order to show the correct position.
All in all, we leave this towards the end when everything else is implemented.
