Calendar internationalization

Currently the DHIS2 supports the gregorian calender but in different countries other kinds of calenders are used. For example in most of Islamic country every year is 355 days instead of 365 days. There are so many other differs as well. It is compleately clear designing those spacial calenders are essential for people from different countries.
