In dhis-web-webservice, we have now set up a working webservice, though more resources is needed, especially for receiving data.

To run:
In dhis-web-webservice folder:

mvn clean
mvn jetty:run-war

http://localhost:8080/webservice/ in a browser to get a list of resources
