Synchronized Submission Status

Background:
User successfully sent a report and sees the "check icon" indicating that report was submitted. Then the user uninstalled/reinstalled or log-out/login the client. Upon loading the report, the check icon indicator is gone confusing the user if the report was sent or not. The reason behind this is that the forms stored on the phone are deleted when the user logs out or deletes the client. Thus when the user logs in and loads the submitted form again, it yields a blank form, as if nothing was submitted or saved yet.

Use Case:
In the Period View, the user will see a check mark beside the period where data were already submitted to the server. (Note: the data with a check mark will only indicate that there's already data saved on the server on that particular period, not necessarily entered by the current user. This is a work around since server does not record who entered the data.)

Technical Implementation:
After downloading the data sets, the client will download the value of the data sets saved on the server. Data sets with value will be saved in the local RMS (with a limit)
