Messaging on dhis-mobile J2ME

Because of the limited of screen size on mobile devices, so there will be 4 sub-menus under Messaging menu in J2ME Aggregate:

Messaging:
          -Conversations
          -Message
          -Feedback
          -Last recipients

+ Conversations: all messages that have been sent and received, when user clicks (presses) on any message, user can read or reply to that message like a conversation (reference: message on mobile light)

+Message: From Messaging menu, navigate to Send message link button, click on it, the search user screen will be showed. User has to enter keyword to search other users that they want to send a message to. After enter keyword and click on Find button, the result list screen will be showed, select 1 user and click on Add button to add that user to user list (list of recipients). After adding users to recipient list, there's screen with 2 options (Continue search or Next to enter message). (Work in process)

+Feedback: When user clicks on Feedback link button from Messaging menu, this will link to a screen where you can enter subject for their feedback, then click next to new screen to enter the content for that feedback. Because J2ME doesn't support both textarea (content feedback) and textfield (subject) so we have to separate them in 2 screen. (Done)

+Last recipients: will show last 5 or under 10 (will test on mobile and decide later) recipients that user have sent message to, click on 1 recipient will navigate to Message form with that recipient name in the recipient text field.
