File Manager

This would be used for loading or saving of files. It should Alert Errors for any errors encountered.

Use Case: The user could navigate through file systems in a list then click pattern, there would be a special "Move Up Folder" option to move up the folder.

Technical Implementation: There should be a reusable "Files List" Form.
