Displaying info from last 12-months for a beneficiary

The mobile application should be able to store and display all the interactions and information about the beneficiary for atleast previous 12 months. The health workers would like to track a patient and have information about the patient for atleast 12 months. This can be viewed through the details page on the mobile application or through the completed activities for a patient
