Create A/AAAA records in non-default domain for instances with FQDN names

If user provides VM name as valid FQDN name try to register A or/and AAAA record in appropriative zone.

Example, default domain: "example.com."
User create instance with name: "host1.dev.example.com"
Designate-sink tries to register A record "host" in "dev.example.com." zone.
