Dynamic update of records in restricted access backend DNS servers

We have scenarios where we do not have complete authority on backend DNS servers to manipulate records the way designate handles now, we can have a way to still have those DNS serves as a backend provided we have a DDNS update functionality through which we can update the records once we have the TSIG key for the domain created in the backend DNS server
