Create configuration setting: Choose the number of months or days after AEC plan expiration that the members will be deleted.

For example:
We have a 14 day plan (Plan A) and a monthly plan (plan B). We would need to have expired users in Plan A deleted after 7 days (or so), while expired users in Plan B should not be deleted for 3 months / 90 days (or so).
