Add an option for choosing volsize

When we want to backup a large size of data, we get a backup directory with billion of files (more than 23000 for me).
If we could choose the size of each volume, there would be less files and the directory would be openable.
For this, we could call "duplicity -volsize 25M" for example.

However, how does volume filesize affect backup/storage behaviour? Does it at all?
