usage:

get_keybinding(project, txt, binding)

f.ex: get_keybinding("Python", "Run Code (Print/Hold)", "shift+ctrl+r")

=> the second part is how you want to show your keybinding in the configuration menu
=> the third part is the binding you would like to have, if this is already in use none will be assigned or a new/random one will be chosen (not yet implemented)
