Allow mutually exclusive plug-ins

Currently plug-ins have no idea about each other's existense. Therefore, mutually exclusive actions such as erasing or and compacting a database cannot be shown to the user in a consistent manner. Implement radio buttons or other GUI elements to display mutually exclusive plug-ins. The implementation of mutually exclusive plug-ins could be via a list of plug-in names that are to be considered mutually exclusive, or by extending the text plug-in format to allow multiple plug-ins in a single file.
