Initial thoughts on functionality and syntax.
* dayofyear -t 5/28/2009
will come back with 148-2009. The -t flag stands for "traveller date." Can we make this more flexible by recognising "28 May 2009," or "May 28, 2009," or "May 28"?
* dayofyear -d 148
will come back with 28 May. The -d indicates "date."
* dayofyear -h
will come back with "help:" a listing of flags much like this page so far.
