A form will generate a template for composition data.

- laboratory
- analysis date
- data type (table "mode")
- maximum number of repetitions
- preparation
-- grinding (µm)
-- drying (°C)
-- conservation (°C)
- products (selection throw main product type, product type)
- parameters-methods-units (select by parameter types, parameters, methods, units)

The form will generate the template.
