soeretypo: file template for composition

§ 6.5.1 p31

After filling the form https://blueprints.launchpad.net/datum/+spec/soeretypo-insertion-composition-template-form, the template itself is generated.

If "raw data" is selected, there is a column "Repetition number", or there is a column "Data type" with "m" for average or "s" for stddev.

The header, in lines, contains:
- laboratory name,
- analysis date,
- data type,
- grinding size,
- drying temperature

The body, in columns, contains:
"Product type","Product code","Product author","Sample reference","Sampling date","Repetition number"/"Data type",Parameter 1, Parameter 2, ...
The second line contains the method names.
The third line contains the units.
