Allow source of data to be shown to registered users

It can be very useful to know where a given record is originally sourced/shared from. I suggest that registered users should be able to see a field indicating the initial source of the record (perhaps, in the future, with a link to its edit history). This should include "self-added" entries as well as entries added from, for example, "Cooperative Maine database", "NASCO database," USFWC database", etc.
