Create a page displaying a map of the directory's full geographic scope

A MAJOR "eye candy" feature that would help sell DCP would be a way to look at the full U.S./Canada map and see all entries, then be able to select a display by sector, etc. This should be easy(?): the map is already there, just needs a special link from the home page, though the custom filters might need to be created.

Not done, but now all searches have a "view on map" option which gets to part of this. For very large sets (e.g. entire database), this gets slow. There are nifty tools out there for smart clustered views of the data, but it is a little tricky to do both for openlayers and google (basically needs to be done twice).
