Improve the interface for editors when they log in

Currently, very little "happens" when a record editor logs in. I suggest that we enhance this process: 1) adding a "my records" link to the active list after "logged in as", along with preferences, etc.; and/or 2) having a list appear upon login that shows "you are currently an editor for:..." with a list.
