Develop system by which DSOs and groups adding entries can give or withold permissions regarding data sharing. A group adding itself to the database, or a DSO sharing data with the Commons, needs to have a set of options to decide whether a given field input should be "public", "group-shared" or "private". This could work by grouping fields together in bundles for which the three options would be available. See the Design Document for proposals regarding which fields should have which "default" options set, and how these options could be displayed depending on whether the data-sharer is an individual listing or a DSO.
