Change "Add Organization" data entry flow

More of the fields for organizations should be visible on the initial "add organization" page. I would include, on this page, address, products/services, org. type, business sector, and data access in addition to the currently displayed fields. This will encourage more complete data. Also, some explanatory text should indicate that more data entry options will appear after clicking "update," and that we encourage orgs to fill out as much as possible.
