Add links to the various options in the true/false sections describing what each term means

We use lots of terms as we're trying to get people to categorize themselves. The DCP "fields list" in the Design Document 3.0 has brief descriptions for most of these fields. It would be great to include these, perhaps as "pop up" (mouse-over?) boxes triggered at a "what is this?" link for each term.
