Discipline Log Entries contain residual errors.

Discipline Log Entries contain residual errors. During the experimental stages, principals and others entered data in the discipline logs which were incorrectly time-stamped or were associated inaccurately with Special Ed. After the 3rd quarter started, the discipline log summary no longer displays past years' log entries.
 The archived entries do appear in export.
