DART V.2.0 Release Package

We have not posted code since Fall of 2006 for DART, and none of the new features are available from the "Working Beta" version we are currently using. When V.2 features are all functional, we need to package the release with some installer documentation. In addition, the SFA and SIP modules are not available in release format. The new modules need to be bundled in the V.2 release.

Should we version DART V.1 as DART 0.5.1 or so...and make subsequently make DART V.2 the first real "release" with the designator V.1.0 ? It may better reflect the project status and usability status. Just a thought. Priority is low since we have other things to fix to get it ready.
