Inspect goals

When editing goals it’s of great importance that the world author has the ability to inspect any goals. This is because goals can be complex and faulty, and the behaviour of a character might sometimes become emergent. Especially when multiple goals are in play.
The protocol should allow for inspection of any goal and its subgoals, with the status of the goal along with any data it holds. On the client this data should be presented in an easy to read view.
The “goal_info” operation should be used for this.
