It should be possible for a world author to very easily inspect and alter the minds of any entity. This feature should only be available for Creator characters. Both general knowledge and goals should be editable. In the client an effort should be made to make the process as easy as possible. Whenever possible the client shall provide context help.
The “thought” operation should be used for this.
