Allows to design an comics page layout by inserting scalable crops on to the image.
Each crop should be:
- scalable
- transformable
- rotatable
Each crop should automatically assign an inner crop masking. This allows to draw only inside a crop.
Crop settings:
- fill color
- border color
- border width
- border style (scattered line, strightline, etc)
- turn on/off masking
