cluster list include useful fields

Currently, cluster list from CLI will show the following fields:
* ID
* Name
* Status
* size
* endpoints
We should also expose:
* network_id/name?
* flavor

Do we want to display the network name instead of the ID? I ask because a GUID for the network will probably not that useful for an user. They would have to make another call to neutron to see what the GUID mean... And in horizon, it would more awkward as well.
For example, nova list shows you the network name instead of a GUID.. and i think this would be more user friendly.
Same thing applies to flavors
