Implement Monster-on-Monster Combat

Being a collectible monster fighting engine is pretty hard when the core functionality is missing.
There is currently a very early implementation which should be expanded on in "combat.lua"
This will also need some UI work, namely in the choosing of attacks, items, monsters, etc.
The UI would also probably be well served as an additional state.
