Thumbnails could be resizable for accessibility

Nautilus allows thumbnail scaling to make it easier to see details in image thumbnails. CreBS already has a resize_thumbnail() function; coupled to a slider in the GUI, thumbnails in the image list could also be scaled by the user.
In the absence of an any-time resize mechanism, a command-line option and/or GConf setting could be used to specify the thumbnail size (currently 96 pixels along the longest side).
