Provide a button for resetting all images to the default timing

When an old slideshow is added, it retains its timings. At times it may be preferable to use new timings for all those images. Being able to quickly reset all images to using the defaults would speed things up.

Being able to select multiple images (including select all) may provide a neater (and more flexible) way of achieving the desired result.
Update: multiple selections are now possible, making this as simple as selecting all, and then changing the timing to "Default".
