Prevent widgets from resizing and repositioning themselves

When the comboboxes change from singular to plural labels, they change size altering the layout of the entire window. They should be fixed to their maximum size.

The row of timings should also be consistently positioned in both tabs.

The 'Apply' button should be the same size as the image control buttons, which should have a maximum size with long translations in the timings section.
