Consider the transition time to be part of the duration

To simplify slideshow creation, consider the transition time to be the final part of the duration. That way, four 6-hour images will always loop over exactly one day, regardless of the transition lengths between them.
This also simplifies the calculations for auto-durations based on a fixed slideshow length.
