Generate classes for Views

Not sure if this will need to be MysqlDriver change (e.g. getting tables also return views) -- if so, we'd probably need to add a table type so that cough can know not to generate setters... but maybe even having the setters is okay -- just don't call them. I think some DBs may even support inserting into views so that's a reason to have them also.

Config option added. Tables without PKs, in addition to VIEWs, can now be generated after user adds the "primary_key" setting for the table/view.
